In the app, Castellan may collect home items, maintenance schedules, photos, notes, and completion history that you choose to upload or create.

We may also collect basic technical information such as device, browser, page visits, approximate location derived from IP address, analytics events, and error logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Castellan, maintain your waitlist or early-access account, personalize maintenance guidance, improve product quality, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and understand which marketing channels are working.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, database storage, email or messaging, customer support, AI-powered analysis, and affiliate link management. These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy obligations.

Castellan may recommend supplies, tools, filters, parts, or services that may help with home maintenance. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which means Castellan may earn a commission if you buy through the link. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update, export, or delete information associated with your email address, subject to legal, security, and operational limits. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails when an unsubscribe option is provided.
